Go to the county court house on Power Inn Road. You can get a "do it yourself" divorce kit and only have to pay for the court costs. You will have to take an all day class (which parts of are long and boring) but well worth it as it can give you some insight on just what the heck everything is about. If you are really short on money and can show proof that you don't have enough to cover the court costs you can get a "fee waiver" but you have to be able to prove that you truly can't afford it. (Like you will have to be out of work and about at the end of your unemployment insurance or on welfare) But the fee is only $250.00.

i do no longer think of it's going to be possible to get divorced in that quantity of time because of the undeniable fact which you the two have a baby mutually. In Nevada i've got self belief you are going to be able to desire to hammer out each and every of the custody preparations and agree on them. the suited you will get if anybody has a similar opinion is 6 weeks. If he contests the divorce it's going to be 6 months.

If there are no disagreements, and all the issues (custody, property, etc) are settled between you, check out a consent decree.
My ex and I were seperated six years before I finally filed. After six years, we pretty much had everything setup the way we wanted, so we went that route. Because we'd been seperated so long, the whole process took two weeks, and cost a total of $750.

I was married with an asshole and,After consulting divorcing lawyers asking me big sum of money i decided to hire myself as a lawyer and i made it. For your case(same of mine) i m 100% sure you can go for DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE.It can only be used by a married couple which meets the following requirements: The parties have been married less than five (5) years as of the date the action is filed.
There are no children together born before or during the marriage, including by adoption, and the Wife, to her knowledge, is not pregnant as of the date the action is filed.
Neither party has any interest/ownership in real estate.
The married couple jointly signs the necessary paperwork and the originals are filed with the Court. After waiting six (6) months, either party can file the document requesting that the marriage be ended.

U have to go to the courthouse with the forms filled up by u and husband and make them filed...after that u wait for 6 mandatory months(mandatory because in 80' in California they issued a law about divorce that force u to wait 6 months) and you go infront of the judge to ask for the finalization(usually takes other 2 weeks)
.After tall that procedures, you ll receive a FL-820(it s the form u keep 4ever has a proove of divorce).iT ll come in original copy and it s called:REQUEST FOR JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE,AND NOTICE OF ENTRY OF JUDGMENT with the case#BD27899..(indicating ur case number) ..HOPE TO BE CLEAR..SORRY 4 MY ENGLISH I M FROM ITALY...GOOD LUCK...OPSSS I FORGOT THE COURT HOUSE FEE I PAID WAS 320$ and saved me topay the 3000$ the lawyer asked me for taking care of my divorce:).
