i love my boyfriend but i feel absolutely nothin when i kiss him. i dont get butterflies, i dont close my eyesz (neither does he) and on top of that, a few minutes after im done kissin him, i feel kinda nautious and i find myself wanting to spit a lot. whats goin on? pls help!!!!

The idea you'll get butterflies when you kiss somebody is a bit of a fanciful idea. Reality just doesn't work like that - no matter how much you love someone.
But if you feel ill after making out with your boyfriend, surely that's telling you he's not doing it for you?
Keeping your eyes open means you're not really into it. So chuck him. You don't love the guy if he makes you feel physically sick!

How old are you?
Have you had other boyfriends?
Did you enjoy kissing them?
If you don't feel anything you are not stimulated by him for whatever reason.
If kissing other boys isn't exciting try kissing a girl.
It sounds like I'm jerking your chain here but I'm serious.
Talk to one of your girlfriends.
Surely you've talked to them about this issue with your boyfriend.
Tell them that you read that kissing a girl is totally different.
Discuss the topic with them. Some of them might say ew! gross but some of them might take the position of what the hell.
Do you even know how to kiss properly?
i.e. softly, slowly at first.
Kissing is the most sensual part of sex and it must be practiced to achieve true skill. Kissing is how physical desire is coaxed into being.
Making out was not invented to see how far one person can stretch their tongue down someone else's throat combined with a Greco-Roman groping exchange. The tongue throat thing could be the cause of the nausia.
It is intended to seduce, entice and entreat sexual amorocity.
I hope I am not telling this to a 14 year old or God forbid younger.
I am going to pretend you are at least 17 or 18.
Otherwise, ah crap!
Whatever, anyway, like I say try kissing a girl and if you can keep from laughing you may actually learn something.
And no it doesn't make you gay. . . .probably not anyway.
In the end maybe he's just not good at kissing.
And to the person who doesn't believe in butterflies. . .I feel sorry for you that you haven't had that experience because it most certainly does happen.
It's not always directly associated with love but it sure as hell is always associated with lust and passion.

I didn't like kissing my 2nd wife because her saliva was too thick. My hottest girlfriend, our first kiss, she was all out wet and sloppy, and for a fraction of a second I didn't like it, and then I didn't care and was all into it.
I think it's a chemistry thing, which might be a projection of underlying psychological issues. And the "alien" saliva might even have disease issues. But if you want to be with someone a long time, you better like kissing them.
By the way, this is not a philosophy question.

Now, for an explanation.
You've heard of people saying how some else smells so very good to them, etc. Taste is actually an extension of smell. But this is something that has been proven in various studies - if someone smells good to you, it's because you and that person are actually immunologically and genetically complementary individuals.
So, since you actually find your current boyfriend to not smell or taste all that good, it's because even physiologically, he's not the one.

You could very well love him a lot, but maybe self-consciously, you don't. There could just be a major turn off that you don't reilize and that your conscious just hates it. Maybe try taking a break to thinks things over.
