how come anime drawers draw pointy or messed up hair in their characters?

They draw giant and brightly colored hair so it'll be easier to tell the difference between characters. And they're eye's are so big because ever since mickey mouse was introduced way back when it's been a standard for making them look friendly.

i am an anime drawer. for me tthe reason hides behind the artists. it depends. as for me i draw such hairs becuz it makes the drawings look good and cool. but i dont draw such all the time.

As u see, anime charcters such as my favorite charcter inuyasha has pointy hair. These charcters are based on japanese people which'n they do have pointy n spiky hair there isn't like ours their hair is wild

I'm not sure, i guess it's just a way of making characters look different from people in real life.
