It's neither legal nor ethical to harrass anyone.
If you have a legal beef go to the authorities.

Legally you cannot harass anyone. The fact that someone is a sex offender does not make him/her a legal target for harassment. The sex offender's guilt is not a defense to the charge of harassment.

No you can not.
It is an arrest the police don't like to make - but they will have to arrest you for harassment.
Everyone has rights in this lovely country and once you are arrested you and the sex offender will both have a criminal record.

There are too many unknowns in your question. Was the person convicted of a crime? Served time, released? Acquitted at trial? What is the law on this subject where you live? Even convicted people have rights that cannot be ignored. It might be wise to play it safe and steer clear of harrassing the person.

no they probally have more rights than the victem, i no from exprience. i even had a dill were he was not supposed to be around me lot good that did ,but i really wish it was ok. i would have mailed him dog poop.

You can harrass anybody you like.
Just be prepared to accept the consequences of it. It's unfair to harrass anybody, regardless of who they are.
