yes it's a legitimate site. but it isn't really free. they want you subscribe to several things. remember, if it sounds too good to be free, it probably isn't free.

If you're a woman or a minority you will definetely win some money, if you're a guy forget it. These sweepstakes companies target those groups to win because they spend money more than anyone, even when they don't have the money obviously, So what better way to reinvest in making more money than letting the people who spend the most win.

The govt taxes your winnings, first thing, then whatever you win you go spend on other things(Sales tax). I've also noticed that non taxable sales tax states normally never have any winners, It's all rigged so the gov't can make more money, but what isn't rigged these days?

What do you mean legitamate? Does it pay out, Yes. Small amount of $1 -$10. Does it pay out big. Depends if you are from the U.S. or not. That is more a political thing about US money can not be taken out of the country. That means, not into Canada either. Can you win big, I havn't done it but have on the smaller amounts to about25 bucks. and years of playing.
