When we were younger, my friend was very depressed and suicidal. Just by being there for her and talking her out of her depression, telling her what an amazing friend she was and how beautiful she was, she said that I saved her life. Later, I found out that I was the only person she trusted enough to talk about her depression.

Ya! Actually I have! Ok here it is:
One time when i was 12, my friend Sam and I were staying after skool for after skool sessions. The teacher had left the room for 10 minutes. Sam had gotten up on his chair and danced around. It was really funny, but then he tripped. I saw what he was about to trip onto. It was this REALLY pointy cone from science. Like, REEEALLLY pointy! It would probably impale him through the head. So as he was falling (it was like slow motion), I jumped up and moved the cone, then caught Sam. It was kinda funny, but I saved him from getting impaled through the head. So I guess thats saving someones life.

Imagine a Big rain storm and A big pine tree falls on a car. I never thought anyone was in there until I heard screams. I had to call 911 using cellphone because the power went out. She and her family is okay.

yes twice
1) my friend suffered from depression. We went on a beach retreat with teen summit in 6th grade. She crept from her bed that night and walked to the pier
with a knife she got from the beach house kitchen.Me and her shared a room so I heard her and crept slowly behind all the way to the pier.Once at the pier she walked to the end and held the knife for what seemed like ages. Then she put the shap point to her chest prepared to penitrate her heart at any second.I sprung from behing her and grabbed the knife struggling and cutting my hand to get it from her.But I did and thrust it into the water.
She is alright now and her depression has ceased.
2)I have a baby cousin who was 3 then (but now 7) and was fasinated with water.(ponds, rivers, lakes) At our family reunion the was a lake and he went to the dock and jumped in.he couldn't swin and he went under. I jumped n and got him.

Yes, my cousin's life. He couldn't breath because I kicked him in the chest...not intentionally, we were young and playing Power Rangers. I used to take Karate Classes and the Rangers seemed to have taken some too, so I tried the high kicked, knocked his wind out, and he couldn't breath. He ran all the way home, then fell on the floor yelling he couldn't breath. For two minutes, I stood not knowing what to snd then I woke my Aunt up and she calmed him, but I believe that if I had just stood there, I would have watched him die. Not because I wanted to, but it just would have happened. Glad that God gave me since, even gladder that I went home because I had decided not to even follow him...glad that God told me to run behind him.

My daughters: my parents had convinced me to have an abortion when I was 17 and pregnant. The morning of the appointment, I called and canceled. Have a wonderful 9 (almost 10) year old daughter because of that decision.

I save my neice's life countless times, because she's always falling. She's very jumpy and falls just about anywhere. One time she was in the grocery cart, throwing a fit because she didn't want to sit and fell...i caught her. Another time she slipped while standing on the edge of the pool before jumping in towards me. I caught before she even knew what happened. You tend to save peoples lives every day even if it doesn't seem that fatal to them.

Yes, I saved my dog's life. She was due to be put down that day, but I rescued her from the pound before that could happen.

yes...i was out in lake erie last summer when i seen a flare go up ...so my buddy dropped the hammer and we were off...doing about 50 mph in the speed boat...finally we got to the spot where a father and his little girl hit a vent pipe on their jet ski....they were both hurt pretty bad.....so i jumped off the boat when we got to them....and for the record ... wait till the boat stops ....water hurts like hell when your going that fast... so anyway .... i swam out to them...i had to tie the little girl to my back with the strap of my life vest , bucause she was going into shock ,plus i dont think she would have understood " HOLD ON " anyway .. she was 3 or 4 yrs old, then in a brainiac move tore off my swimming trunks and ripped it up into peices to make a turnicit for his leg which was bleeding really, really bad then gave my life preserver to the father and swam them both back to the boat... called the coast guard .... tied what was left of the jet ski to our boat and haulled *** back to meet the coast guard .... later i found out that she couldnt swim the medivac people said he would have bled to death if we didnt show up...it turnd out he cut his femeral artery or something like that....2 weeks later we were both given a comendation from the coast guard / mayor for our heroism plus made the 6 o'clock news , and told that they both would have died if we didnt do what we did...the worst part was my towel blew off when they were air lifted by mercy flight exposing all to see when helping them move the father off of the boat. .......what a bloody mess that man left for us to clean ....hey wasnt all bad.a few of the girls at the beach must have liked what they saw when my towel fell off...,because three of them took turns nursing me back to health all night long.....................................i really did need a nurse by the naxt day....my aching pelvis and yes ITS ALL TRUE
