I'm OK with my mascara, and eyes. I mostly need help with my foundation, blush, and my eyebrows (they don't look so good).I look like my avatar without the highlights. I'm 5'5 ft.,with blue-green eyes. I am very slim.

With blue-green eyes black eye makeup (eyeliner and mascara) would make the color "pop" the most. I'd stay away from brown mascaras and eyeliners. If your eyebrows look bad it depends on what "bad" they are. If they are too thick, get them waxed. It lasts two weeks and it doesn't hurt hardly as much as people say it does. If they are too thin draw them in with an eyebrow pencil. Draw them lightly though because thick pencil looks creepy. Foundation is tricky - I prefer Dream Matte Mousse. It's light and blends well, but it definetely depends on which brand has the right skin tone match for you. Hope that helps!

Rule #1: heavy eye or dramatic eyes = pale lips and cheeks
Rule #2: dramatic lip color = neutral tone eye shadow
Rule#3: Eyebrows should match your natural hair color and should either be rounded or arched in shape. Look online for direction on how to shape or go to a salon for a waxing.
Rule #4: For cheeks apply a slightly darker shade on the actual cheek bone and follow up with a lighter shade on the apples and to blend.

For colors, try going to Macy's or Nordstroms and have a make-up make over. Mac counter is great!

Choose a shade of foundation that is about one shade lighter than your skin tone. You don't want to have a visible line where your foundation stops at your neckline.

If I were you, I would find one of those free makeover places and let them show you some tips. You only have to buy if you want to -- no one will force you.

Deep browns and purples look great with your eye color, if worn correctly. The trick is to not look like you're trying too hard.

For your eyebrows, try threading or waxing. Sometimes just shaping them improves your look immensely.

To apply blush correctly, suck in your cheeks and sweep the blush brush under the apples of your cheek bones.

Don't use foundation unless you need it; use bronzer instead. It gives your skin a fresh, healthy glow without making you look like a cake-face.

And for blush colors, stick with mauves and peaches. They tend to look the best regardless of skin color.

Go to a good salon and have your brows threaded. NOT WAXED!! AND DONT OVERPLUCK THEM!!! --If you did try Talika eyebrow lipocils. They grew mine back and if it worked for me..it'll work for anyone!!
www.talika.com
&& This'll do wonders for your face!!
Go to a cosmetics counter and ask about base, blush, etc. They will be more than happy to help. (and sell you some makeup)
www.clinique.com has consultants online live you can chat with.
If you cant afford high end try to find similar products at reg. stores. I like Revlon, Loreal and Almay the best.
Also covergirl.com has a color consultant quiz thing too tht'll help w/ ur foundation, blush, etc.
Good Luck!!

go to your nearest Prescriptives counter (Dillard's, Macy's, Nieman Marcus) and get color printed. they can match your skin exactly to a foundation and then from there, recommend the best colors for your skin tone. even if you can't afford to purchase anything but the foundation, at least you will find out the shades most fitting to your complexion.
as for your eyebrows, go get them waxed at a salon (most of the places in the mall will do it cheap) and then keep them up from there by plucking. but you need to get a good shape going first from a professional.

ok well the best thing for your eyebrows is to go get them waxed by a profesional. for foundations go to the makeup counter and a lady will help you find your color. then you can get foundation sponges and you apply a little on the spunge and dab it on your skin. blush find a good color for your skin tone. then get a good brush and sweer it on the apples of your cheeks.

your avatar's actually really pretty hun. but as far as blush, for more girly outfits a pale pink is nice, and for more casual wear you could try a peach blush or light bronzer. For eyebrows you can get them proffesionally done, you could try doing it yourself but it won't always look perfect and you might overpluck. Don't want that!!! And that's about it you should try to look naturally pretty.

ok so if you have high cheek bones apply the blush to the nigher part of it (trust me i have high cheek bones and it always looks great) with the foundation try not to apply too much since u will look very plastic and eyebrows if they are too bushy try to get them waxed and fixed and with a eyebrow pencil try to extend tham a bit
