this is the dell website the computer furthest to the left is the one it says "19" flat panel & 1GB memory included on select systems"...alls i need to know is if its an additional charge or no

The $359 doesn't came with the monitor but you can add a monitor to it, for an additional charge, of course. The $859 has a 19" monitor.

Sounds to me the flat panel comes with it, with no additional cost.

Just go to the site and customize it to how you want it upgrade it to a bigger screen anyways.
