Getting my HS diploma. It helped me to believe in myself and to overcome anything, leading me to college and my career as a teacher. :-)

Not having any very bad and dangerous habits that might kill me .. . like smoking, drinking 24/7
or doing drugs.or jump around from one bed to the other.

You may thinks that not a great achievement but in this mad,crazy,danger ,real world it is.

Believe me IT IS. There are times I thought why don't I just go out and at least try these things just so I don't have to deal with my petty s*** in my life. And you know what?

I JUST DON'T simple. Its just not really, truly worth the ends results.

I don't really know, but I'll take a stab at it.. more generalized answer, but at the moment I am thinking it is any time that I have really been afraid of doing something, yet gotten up the courage to push me over that barrier and do it anyway...

Going back to college and finishing my degree as a working adult. I gained significant confidence in myself and opened so many doors for my future. This provided a much better salary for me to raise my family and was encouragement for my children to attend college while under my roof instead of having to work 40 hours to pay bills while attending college.

Getting of hard drugs...with no rehab whatsoever....getting to know God personally.....meeting my husband, who is my true soul mate....those are among the best things I have done so far....

I helped a little charity find more donors and become bigger, and now they help 8,000 people a month.
