I let out a huge huge sneeze about a week and half ago, and ever since then I have had a strain on the top left of my back by the bone sticking out, it doesent hurt when I push on it, it just feels a strained somtimes when I move, do I need to see a cyropractor(sp?) or will it go away on its own?

Also after feeling my back the left side is sticking in more then the right, the right feels normal but the left seems to be stuck in more.

Try icing it down for a while and take an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen(Advil or Motron). If this persist for another week, you might want to see your family physician.

Is the bone that is sticking out suppose to stick out or did the sneeze do that?
Usually you can begin by rotating your neck side to side as far as possible. The next day begin with your neck and then moving your shoulder. First one at a time for ten times, then both together for five times. Wait about 20 minutes and start on the neck again, then the shoulder, now arms infront of you then in back. Do more as you feel better. If the WRONG is sticking out. Run to the Doc.

ice it and make an appointment to see a chiropractor. it could b serious but it could just b nothing, still u dotn wanna take the risk stretch tho, it could just b a pulled muscle.
