All jokes aside the label was important at one time.
Illicit manufactures made pillows and stuffed items of living ,with unsavory goods salvaged from Bed bug ridden piles of waste, small pox blankets and sheets.uncleaned feathers &down.
Horse hair and cow hair that had not been sterlized. Ticks/fleas mites and viruses abounded untill FED Law made each mfg. label and record WhatWhen Where the (ticking} stuffing came frem. Kansas/ Oklahoma had the haresest laws and inforced them with inspectors. This was true from the 1917 thru 1940s then it slacked off to a JERK law and a joke. some Poly fibers give off Formalideia gases that are toxic. Static charges are a danger to infants stay away from nylon based fibers. Now every Gia loving person must read and understand the pillow to know it dosent harm life in the past or future . Remember!! the black stuff in Chicken POOP is methayne bearing too..

it is only illegal to rip them off if you are not the consumer.
once you buy them, and get them home, you can tear them off with glee.
