Transfusion won't, but bone marrow transplant will for blood cells.
But only his blood cells will show up with different DNA, skin cells etc will retain old DNA info.

Differentiated red blood cells, which one would receive in a transfusion, don't have a nucleus. Since the nucleus is where DNA is kept, receiving a blood transfusion would not change the genetic make-up of the person. In other words, a blood transfusion introduces no foreign DNA into a person. Also, white blood cells, which have a nucleus, have to be removed, as their injetion into a person during a blood transfusion would cause a strong immune response (similar to an allergic reaction, or adding B type blood cells into an A blood type person).
In short, you don't actually receive any DNA during a blood transfusion, so no.

A simple transfussion would not change the dna because those blood cells would die off and new ones with the person's actual dna would replace them. A bone marrow transplant would change the dna because blood is made by the bone marrow. After the transplant, the person's blood cells would contain the dna of the donor because all of their marrow was replaced by the donor marrow.

Actually, It happens that I've seen that. The guy in it puts a small tube of blood under his skin near the elbow. When they draw blood, it comes out of this tube instead of his vein. So, since its someone else's blood.... A doctor in Canada actually did this, and got away with raping a number of his patients until the police figured out what he was doing.
