There are TONS of sample interview questions online. Look those up, and make sure you are prepared but still conversational. I can guarantee they'll ask "Why harvard?" so have a great answer that sounds natural.
Also, Harvard tends to focus on applicants who have a niche, something they're personally REALLY good at so be prepared for the "talent" "how would your friends describe you" type questions to showcase these talents.
Also, look out for the "what are your strengths and weaknesses" "what's a project you had to work on" "what are your long term and short terms goals and how will you reach them" and finally "describe a conflict and how you solved it."
However, Harvard is infamous for throwing in the curveballs for their school interviews so do not be afraid, if you get one of these, to take a moment and think about it. They'll be looking at your reaction more than your answer. How do you handle it?

Some examples I've heard about weirdo questions, and that I've gotten myself in school interviews have been:
If you could meet any person living or dead, who would it be and what would you talk about?
What fruit would you be and why?
What song best describes your philosophy?
What's the last book you read?
What do you think about (current event)?
Tell me a joke.

Go in there and feel prepared. That was my biggest mistake when interviewing, I didn't feel prepared for the typical "Why do you want to go here" questions, so I fumbled from the very beginning. Good luck!!
