That's an excellent question! I'd love to see more David Duchovny, he's done so little since the X-Files. And I'd love to see a whole lot more of Gillian Anderson. On my couch!
Seriously, Adrain Paul from the Highlander series and later films, would have made an excellent Bond - he looks like he's Sean Connery's son, he's tall, dark, handsome, great with accents, and has the tough-guy box well and truly ticked.

It absolutely has to be Tim Curry.
Played the Transsexual Vampire in Rocky Horror. Plus numerous other whingeing, greasy, slightly camp bad guys. Usually a doctor, professor or a lawyer. If I remember he was the fortune hunter in Congo looking for the diamond mine.
He is just so very good at being bad.

Chris Cooper. The trainer is Sea Biscuit, coal miner dad in "October Sky", "American Beauty", "The Patriot". A fine actor all around.
