Willow is a golden retriever. I call her my puppy wuppy. Now that she is one year old do I have to call her a doggie woggie instead?

Even though she will always be "puppy wuppy" to you, she will be getting bigger and you don't want to embarrasses her in front of her friends. So you might ought to call her "doggie woggie".
(At least in front of her friends)
