Home Depot sells a product by the makers of Zep called cement/driveway cleaner. This stuff is awesome for getting out oil stains and grease/grim on any driveway or patio/sidewalk. I'd also suggest to get a long scrub brush. I bought mine for about 6 bucks at home depot as well. Both the cleaner and alittle elbow grease will get the stain up real quick.

I would first grind kitty litter into the stain then let it sit for a day and sweep it off. You don't want to get kitty litter wet though, it forms mud because it is made out of clay.

Then use a product from a company named Gunk. They make a great driveway cleaner. Follow the instructions on the bottle.

Easiest, safest way to start is to generously sprinkle any kind of cheap cat litter on it. Let it set for a day or two and sweep it up. You might scrub it with Dawn dishwashing liquid or another degreasing cleaner after that, but usually the cat litter gets the worst of it.

Go to automotive stores and inquire. They have all sorts of things to remove oil stains from garage floors. I'd imagine most of them will work for you also on front porch.

Traditional way has always been the cat litter. Let it soak it up for a while and scoop them up, thten brush it off.

Did you try soaking it with a strong soap and then scrubing it?

I know you use sand/litter or something like that to soak up oil. Not sure how to clean it.
