I loathe Merchant Ivory films, so snobby, slow and boring.
I also don't like Chick Flicks, they're just dumb romantic "comedies" that aren't romantic or funny. Two hours of some fat bird worrying if her @ss is too big...please, get a life, there are more important things to think about than yourself all the time. If you can't write, you write Chick Flicks, that goes for books too.

Westerns: - dislike the cowboys chasing indians: the bar fights: the dawn duel and those hay things that roll accross the deserted town!
Horrors: scare me! can't even watch scary movie or any thing with a spooky theme.

As a general rule I don't much care for horror movies because most of them are pointless and mean-spirited. There are exceptions, of course. Silence of the Lambs was very well made and well acted.

Sci-fi.
Except when it has a horror aspect to it, like 'Alian' (& sequels), and 'Pitch Black'... And I guess 'Signs'.
Otherwise, I find all that spacey stuff kind of 'What's that? Another friggin spaceship????Wow!'

I like almost all movies, except those that are so cliche. most action movies seem so similar these days although the unique ones i love.

I don't really like to watch sci fi, it bores me to death! Especially Star Trek.

I don't know what they're called but sort of The Scooby Doo Show with swearing and sex and it's not a cartoon.

i have 2 henres, that i utterly dislike, they are sci fi, as they bore me to death and westerns as they all contain violence and stupid strory lines. but thats just my opinion
