i know this girl in school who is really nasty to me and my best friend she calls us names all the time and she just bullies us. what can we do?

Privately talk to the school counselor about her. This girl probably has some serious problems going on and is taking them out on you. I would also stand up to her. Get in her face, eye to eye, and slowly tell her to back the heck down. I can guarantee that she will mumble something and back down. Almost all bullies are all talk and no show. Bullies are scared inside so they try to make other miserable because they feel miserable. Stand up to her. She will be so shocked. And she will end up respecting you.

Bullies are people with low self esteem. They are always trying to make others feel inadequate like they do. They want to share their pain. I know you have probably heard this before but you have to ignore them. If worst comes to worst and you can't ignore them then you have to call their bluff. Stand up to them nose to nose and do not be the first one to back down no matter what. If you do this one time, they will never bully you again. Don't take the advice of iseemen telling you to call her names like whore and stuff. That is the wrong thing to do because you are just stooping to her level. Don't ever do that.

There is a saying "never let them see you sweat". Ignore her completely! Don't give her the satisfaction of knowing what she says bothers you. It will really bug the heck out of her. Just huddle with your other friends and laugh. Another thing you can do, if you think she could become a friend, is be extra nice to her and ask her to sit with you and your friends. Sometimes, bullying is done because they are jealous. Could be in some weird way, she would really like to be your friend.

I figure you are in HS or MS ok as an adult here is my advice next time she bullies you just let her has it...say she will be on welfare with 7 kids that she does not know who the daddy is of any of them or that she may think she is great now that she will peak at 18 and become a loser who sleeps around to feel good about her self or just anything hurtful...if you do this in front of enough people she will be embarrassed and learn her place. start a chant like "whore to be, whore to be" it will shut her up trust me bullies can't handle real confrontation.

You should ignore her. People who bully are only insecure about themselves and put other people down to make themselves feel better.
But if it gets to the point where you can't do anything in school (like walk down the halls or eat lunch) because you're afraid, you should let a counselor or favorite teacher know.

Best thing to do is ignore her. It will tick her off in the short-term, but she will actually start leaving you alone after a while. When she sees that she isn't bothering you with her rude nastiness anymore, you should be okay.
It'll be hard for a bit, but worth it.

I had a bully in the 5th grade..... well she was more of a hater.... Now that I'm out of school and even in high school, things were cool between us.... Now I think that she had a crush on me.... I know it sounds crazy but sometimes, people take out there feelings on you because they ike you or they just hate you for no reason.... you have to decide what her reasons are....

You email Scotty Too Hotty at WWE.Com. (He jobs to everyone.) You tell him your problem. You ask him to meet you at your school and pretend to pick a fight with you (He has already agreed to let you win just like he does on the WWE.) You make sure this girl bully is there when you beat Scotty Too Hotty in the Pretend fight at school. Once she sees you beat Scotty, she will leave you alone. Trust me.

Some people say that ignoring it will work, and it might for you. She is probably only picking on you guys in order to call attention to herself or get a rise out of you. If you pretend it doesn't bother you, she may eventually stop. Otherwise, you should get some of your other friends to hang out with you guys and next time she bothers you, all of you shoot her dirty looks. But she will probably stop bothering you sooner or later if she has a life at all.

Bullies bully others because they have self esteem issues..
