Go to View Toolbars address bar and make sure it's checked.
Then View Toolbars unlock.
Look carefully on the screen - it may be squished way against one side. Drag and re-size it back where you want it and then do a view toolbars lock.

Open Internet Explorer and on the toolbar select view Toolbars, Address bar and that's it, or you can use the shortcut key F11.

What you do is right-click right below the big thick blue bar and go down the list and check address bar.
PS: don't feel stupid because i do that all the time :)

try this, click view, toolbars,then click handle bar? click it till the tick shows up, no tick potential its not in view. Do a equipment fix lower back to a date in the previous it vanished, dont comprehend if it somewhat is going to artwork or not yet its worth a try!!

can you right click up there and select it back? My old one I thought you could do that on but not on my IE 7
