It depends on the years of experience and the companies you work for.
For entry level, careers in technology (programmer, network administrator) pay higher, but the salaries do not grow that much. Careers in business (like management consultant) usually pay less than technology, but salaries growth rate is high! Attorney does not get a lot of money when he/ she first started. But in the long run, pay will be high as well depending on how many clients you have and how well known you are.

I would guess that the attorney will pay the best. My experience is that a network admin will pay the better than the programmer.
