Rinse the spot with cold water if possible, then squirt a little dishwashing liquid [the grease removing kind] on the spot or WD-40, and rub it in small tight circles with a toothbrush. Rinse and repeat, then wash as you normally would. It worked for me!

Try this waterless hand cleaner it is called Goop It is found at Kmart, Wallmart, and most automotive parts stores like PepBoys and there should be some instructions on the package.

I wouldn't get it drycleaned without telling them that the stain is there and what it is. They may have to treat it differently then if you don't and it could ruin your jacket

Call around to your local Dry Cleaners Ask them if they Dry Clean with "Perchloroethylene" I.E. "PERC" Perc cleans and removes oil and grease based stains. Have them prespot it and run it, all grease will come out. We do allot of garages and mechanic clothes they all come out great. Good luck

Get a good quality waterless hand cleaner, rub it into the grease spot, let it set for a few minutes and wash as normal.

You can't go wrong by trying Dawn disk soap. Saturate it and then wash. Repeat. perhaps again and again. Dawn is an incredible grease cutter and is used by fire departments for oil spills etc. Good Luck.
