Hemisfair park. They shoot off fireworks at midnight from the tower. Its really nice. If all else fails, i have a HUGE party every new years eve and all is welcomed to come. We usually get about 50-75 peeps every year. Dont worry, we dont know more than half the people that show up. Its all word of mouth but its really fun!

Hemisfair plaza. it is referred to as celebrate San Antonio i think of. it is the only place fireworks would be allowed "legally" this 365 days. it is unlawful to even sell them interior the city limits yet there's a bunch of stands outdoors the city limits. So in case you have have been given family participants in Atascosa county or some thing there is an concept...

Your best bet is to come to Hemisphere Plaza. At midnight, the Tower will have fireworks going off in a huge spectacular show.Get there early to find parking like about four to six hours.Your average cost for parking will be about $10.00 It will be hell trying to get out of there.

I think they will have a New Year's celebration with fireworks in the downtown area by the Riverwalk. My husband and I plan to catch it. Happy new Year to you.
