I can't get that good grades!!!!!

Talk to the professor/TA. Ask them for help.
Some people study, but study the wrong thing. Or, they're just slow readers and don't have enough time. Could be legitimate reasons besides laziness.
If you're honestly studying and it's not working, talking to the teacher can help you study smarter (meaning, study what the teacher wants you to).

Honey, you don't GET good grades without studying. Try concentrating on your work instead of a social life, or other interests.. believe me when I tell you that if you don't take care of this right now, you will regret it for the rest of your life. And what do you MEAN you can't get good grades? Of course you can.. if you try hard enough.. if you work hard enough.. and if you understand that your entire future DEPENDS upon learning to focus on what is important. Get your priorities straight.

Why do some people believe that they can reap high rewards with minimal effort. The best way for you to get good grades is to put in an equal amount of effort on your part which involves studying. There is no get smart quick scheme that will work for you.

Get enough sleep at night; eat a balanced diet; don't overload yourself when you enroll for your classes. Take good notes and try using a tape recorder to listen to lectures later. It's not fun but it will pay off. Also, practicing, not necessarily studying, the material will really help it to sink in. So try to do as much homework and practice problems as possible.

You could move into the wild and live with the grizzled old bears, wolves, elk, deer, and mountain goats.
Of course, you will have to pass their tests if you want to survive there.

You can try memorizing every word your teacher says and take notes in class.
