i noticed american phone companies are strict..they cut ur mins 4 even incoming calls.
in T-mobile's myFaves, they say u get unlimited calls to the 5numbers u put in... but will they(cingular, verizon, sprint, etc) charge them(my freinds) 4 receiving my calls?

MyFaves doesn't affect the other party's rate plan, so yes, if they have to pay for any other call they have to pay even if you've got MyFaves.

And be glad of why it is how it is here. In calling party pays countries, it can cost almost $1.00/min for someone on a landline to call a mobile! Do you think your friends would call you then? :)

On T-Mobile UK it's cheaper (with a discount international minute block) to call the US than to call another phone in the UK...

I've used Sprint, Cingular and T-mobile -- yes, they all charge for incoming calls.

I have sprint and have the free incoming calls plan, but to answer your question,if they pay for incoming calls then they will be charged no matter what plan you have.
