Minerva McGonagall, Remus Lupin, Rubeus Hagrid, Mad-Eyed Moody, and Severus Snape. Albus Dumbledore is in the order as well, but he's not a teacher.

I'm pretty positive most of them are but the ones that are mentioned most are McGongall, Hagrid, Mad-Eye, Snape, and of course Remus. Those are his teachers at school but he has other non-school teachers too. Like Sirius, Arthur and Molly Weasley, Dumbledore, and Remus since he only taught on year, among others.

mostly mentioned are mcgonagall siding with trelawney against umbridge. hagrid converting giants to side against voldemort. lupin and mad-eye on the rescue during the battle sequence at the ministry and of course snape teaching harry occlumency.

dumbledore(obviously), snape(the traitor), mcgonagall, hagrid (moody and lupin also, but they're no longer his teachers)
