I mean you have to focus on Pakistan... they can't even control their southern region because it's full of extremists... that support Osama
I say you go to the Paki president... tell him.. ."let's take care of two problems at once"... "let us go in there... get rid of the extremists that destabilize the area, which will help you... and hopefully we will stumble on Osama along the way...which will help us"
also putting many more troops in Afghanistan is desperately needed I feel... we have like 10,000 in the whole country, last I heard... that's nothing for a WHOLE COUNTRY... we have 20 times that in Iraq... and they didn't even attack us...

It is believed that they know exactly where he is. But think about it: if they got him after defeating the Taiban, there would have been a sense of completion over 9/11 and therefore no way to encourage US citizens to consider an unnecessary and unprovoked war on Iraq.
