i am a lady who loves a guy for seven years and we were friends in college then we worked together and we are considered very close friends but i can not tell him that i love him although i feel that he feels the same towards me and i do not think that he might know someone else. he cares about me alot and me too. we share ideas, everything and he asked me once if i know someone or not but i did not give him an answer and he became very upset from me and whenever i ask him about the girl that he loves, he smiles to me and tells me that there is no one. i love him so much and i want to know what feelings he carries to me in turn. by the way, all of our friends think that we are in love even his own friends.

Just tell him. Take him out for a nice dinner and over the dinner, tell him.
If you are too self conscious about telling in person, write a nice letter expressing your feelings and hand it to him.
Since it is pretty close to new years, maybe you can express your love as the new year sets in. Just a romantic setting..
I am sure others will come up with more ideas. The bottomline - if you love him, tell him so.

I am an incurable romantic,
I would buy a single red rose, and leave it on his desk with no note attached on Wed and I would do this for a few days.
See what is response is.
Then if it is positive and full of curiosity, I would buy another red rose, with a card attached, but no name.
If by now, he is nearly crazy with curiosity, then come clean, tells him how you feel.

Well,the best way to tell a guy that she loves him is don't! Don't wear your heart on your sleeve. Actions speak louder than words.If he is feeling you too,he will let it be known .Let him initiate how he feels and when he asks you questions Keep it real!
If he ask you something pertaining to you guys let it be known how you feel you know. Throw some hints,Step your game up!!!

What are you afraid of? that you'll lose him as a friend,go with your heart you might even be surprised,sounds like he feels the same but he's not telling you for the same reason.it's called "rejection" .

just tell him! it might seem like a devastating situation when your in the middle of it but if you tell him and he likes you then it's happily ever after right but if you keep it to yourself, he might like you and you might never know, so just be cool and tell him, i'm sure it'll work out
