I just love people that are uninformed, too lazy to educate themselves, and only spew emotional arguements.
Executing Saddam is a bad idea. He's been removed from power already and is in the hands of his captors.
Also, his second trial hasn't even started yet.
In case you haven't noticed, the sunnis and shiites have displayed this proclivity toward killing each other, Kurds, and American soldiers. They are being influenced by a hand full of whacked Sunni clerics and former bathists that are just waiting for this execution to proclaim mass chaos.
Why give them one more reason to kill?

An evil should be punished. But there are so many different ways to do. Even hanging a human being is inn-human & cruell.
There will be no diffrence between saddam & judge, if you do the same.
My suggestion is to make him charity work for his life, cleaning the roads, cleaning the toilets or life-imprisonment.
