There is no right or wrong way for you to use sugar in your tea or lack thereof . It's all about how you want your drink to be sweetened. There are days when I just have black tea, no sugar or milk,or have tea with lemon and request honey instead of sugar. And if I'm feeling guilty about my waistline, I reduced the amount of sugar used in the tea from three to two teaspoons of sugar.Enjoy your tea,it's however your tastebuds desires it !!!!

3 or 4 ... I hate tea. I would need a lot of sugar to sweeten it up.
