I have a teddy bear that was given to me from my grandma which was given to her in 1946 from my grandfather for Christmas before he went off to war and a hand written note telling me how she received it and how in later years it brought joy to her grandchildren who played with it -- although it is worn in spots it is a comforting item.

i had on my dogs collar
my dog is no longer with me
i tied some cord around it and made it into a necklace
i wear it next to my heart in memory of her
it looks kinda kewl,when i wear it i play with it allot
it feels kinda like she is here with me when I'm wearing it
she was a strong willed dog i feel strong when i have her with me
oh and some old videogame systems
they remind when i was younger i have some fond memories of my videogames
i still play my old systems
i play my old ones like the snes or sega saturn around christmas time allot
its a tradition for me
last but not least my rusty pipe
its thick gas pipe that is rusted
i found outside one day i picked it up and kept it
when i was younger i would gather rocks then use the pipe to break the rocks
its kinda like a pet kinda like a pet rock only its a pet pipe
i even named it "rusty" how appropriate and original
some people snuggle up against baby blankets
i snuggle up against my pipe every now and then

I have a cookie jar that belonged to my Grandmother and every time I look at it, I am reminded that my Mother, Me, My daughter and her two daughters have all robbed the same cookie jar.Lol it s very special to me.
