How much honey should we have everyday to treat cough and cold? I know it helps with your immune system, but I don't know how much to take. Also, how many days should you take it?

Take as much as you want, there is no limit also try Bee Pollen and Royal Jelly products, I have been taking them for over a year and I have energy through the roof and have not caught a cold or flu previously I got sick at least 4 times a year, also go to www.beeroyalproducts.com and try their Royal Energy Tea it has bee pollen and honey in it, these products are the best I have found in the marketplace and they are very reasonably priced , the royal jelly lasts approx. 5 months supply and the bee pollen is a 30 day supply try it you wont regret it at all

i heard from a doctor or something that honey is bad for you. It's full of digested nectar that came out of a disgusting insect. It's full of sugar and the bad kind. If it gets into your blood, it will cause damage. For example, if you eat enough honey(I don't know how much) your blood sugar will rise unhealthily and it will go directly into your blood stream without there even being enough insulin to balance it.
