My friend told me they had done away with class action lawsuits, but I can't find any real info on the matter.

As hard as Republicans try to deny Americans the chance to sue those that harm them, class action suits are alive and well.

Class action lawsuits are alive and well. You'll know they're gone when thousands of tort lawyers slit their wrists in grief.

look up ebay class action lawsuit. it was filed in the last couple of months. yes they still have them.
