I made a doctors appoitment to talk to my doctor about the Anxiety medications i am on just to discuss if im taking them too much or not at the right time and the side effects ive been experianing but am worried i am wasting her time??Do doctors get angry or mind if a patient goes in to talk and discuss with them sideeffects or worries about the medications they are on??

They damn well shouldn't. Part of the responsible prescribing of drugs is monitoring your patients. If an antibiotic was bringing you out in a rash, then you certainly wouldn't feel shy about calling up your doc and asking if everything was okay... this is the same principle, just with your brain:)

Your doctor won't mind.

If they do, then they need to question why they are a doc in the first place. Doctors are supposed to help with medications. That's their job, so don't feel like you are imposing on them at all.

Not at all...that's part of why they are there...you can't know what side effects you'll have until you take a drug, you should talk to your doc about them and determine if you can (or should) live with them or if something else can be done...

If she does get mad then she is not a good doctor. A good one wouldn't mind doing that and would be happy to do that for you. It is good to be proactive in your healthcare. All the best to you.

Doctors get paid the same money so of course they don't get bothered.

talk to your doc. if he is a good doc. he will help you.you should never worry if a doc. gets mad or not its their job. or get another doc.
