it charges the messages to your cell phone account. If you have free text messaging you shouldn't be charged. If you don't you will be charged whatever the current rate per text message is.

yes as fear as i know it Do's it was 10 cent a text this bill it cost me 15 cent per text i think they are getting high. the only way it will not cost you is if you have got a text plan on your bill.
