Ok hon, first of all calm down.
I speak also from experience as I have a hearing condition.

I sometimes still hear the blood flowing, wierd feeling I know, but nothing to worry about.

I suggest getting a hearing test. And talk to the people about something called an Auditory Processing Problem. That's what I have. The ears work perfectly fine for me, BUT the brain wiring is a bit off. What it does to me is I sometimes hear words half garbeled, until the person repeats them. Or depending on the voice range of the person, I may hear just great.

Background noise is a major problem for me as well. When I'm in my classes at college I have a small hearing aid I wear so that I can fully understand my instructor. I'm 41 by the way, and yep..I do take classes.

The ringing, or noise you hear in your ears is called tinnitus. It can be heard as a ringing or even a roar, like the ocean.

If it reallly bothers you, a therapist may can help. There are things they can do to help you learn how to block out the noise.

Wow, sorry to hear that you're having all of these problems. While I am not qualified to diagnose your problem, I might suggest leaving something like a tv or radio or even a fan at night when you're trying to sleep. This would be done in order to create some 'white noise' since your ears only seem to really hurt when there is a lack of noise.

I truly hope this helps and besf of luck to you.

What you need to do is go and see an Ear, Nose and Troat doctor. I happen to work for one and from the sounds of it, you need to have a specialist take a look. The buzzing in your ear could be mild case of tinnitus, which is caused by noise exposure. The occasional pain your feeling could actually be cause by your jaw. When we stress we tend to clinch our jaws which nerves and muscles connect to the ear. Best bet is to check into an ENT> Good luck friend.

Impossible for us to tell you what the problem is. Try not to worry, it's probably a minor thing. I've had ear problems for years and been to the hospital a few times and that's nothing to worry about either, they generally get to the bottom of things.
