If you are 6'4" you should weight anywhere from 225 to 275 depending on your body build and frame structure. Do a google search for average weight and heigth.

according to BMI(body mass index) the answer of : (ur weight in KGs) divided by (ur height in Meters to the 2nd power) should be between 20 to 25 in normal conditions

according to the marines you should weigh no more at max 190lbs better if you are closer to 180. i know because my son is in the marines and same height as you and those are the weights the marines insists upon.
