Be consistently honest: tell the truth again, and again, and again.
Then be patient: don't expect them to start believing you right away. You need to earn back their trust and it will take time. Don't expect or feel entitled to their trust, just keep being honest and you will earn it for yourself.

Trust is not a commodity. You can't break it and go out and buy a new one.
You ask an interesting question... what you can do to get their trust back? Are you wanting their trust so you might continue to lie without their consequences?Are your parents controlling? Do you feel you must tell them lies because they refuse to accept your truth? What did you want that you felt you had to lie to get it? Do your parents punish you when you are honest?
One way to gain trust is to be trustworthy. When you have shown yourself to be untrustworthy, it takes time of being trustworthy to regain trust of others.
Some parents will trust after a time even if they have been repeatedly lied to (especially when drugs are involved) because they want everything to be all right (denial).
Your question may look simple, but there are so many untold details that make it so difficult to answer, like your age, under what circumstance did you get caught lying, why you lied, what their reacion was, what kind of punishment they gave, etc.

by nopt lieing anymore. its probably gonna take a long time to get their trust back but thats what happens when you lie and get cauht. try to lie better next time.

i think that u should have a talk wit them an if they know they u know there lying they feel guilty start it off with ........ mom i think that ..... or say mom wat if i had done....
