no one single simple asnwer but ..
recognizing your own faults is about as good a start as i can imagine so kudos to you for that and maybe you could add to that by not letting yourself felt responsible for all the despair and misery and let the fault for whats not yours be someone elses.

You need to hold tight the belief that what you give will be returned ten fold eventually. It is true. I know first hand what it is like to feel drained emotionally and physically and still have to do things for others and it is really hard to do with a genuine smile on your face. Take baby steps. Something simple you can do is to look people in the eye and smile when you see them. If you look them in the eye it is really hard to hide in your problems. Another is to simply treat people respect, by no means let them use you as a doormat but respect their needs and try to train them to treat you the same way. A counsellor might be a good idea, getting specific things off your chest can be very freeing, it's like getting a massage for your brain, it works out all the knots. I hope that things start to work out for you.

Take the two things you listed and in a healthy manner. Fix them. You choose everyday the type of person you are going to be each and everyday. You won't win out every battle against your panic right off the bat. But by pressing into fighting against it and actively working to be a better person everyday for yourself and those around you ... you can beat anything. Do not worry so much about things. That is not really living. Give yourself a chance.
Good luck!

you can't. It's the hard fact that if you're not doing right by yourself, you can't do right by other people. So what you need to do is sit down, and either have a good heart-to-heart with yourself about your problems, or talk to someone who's got experience with this stuff, like a therapist. Good luck! It's not fun when you can't concentrate on anything except your problems.

Well, I'm sorry, but I would recommend drugs and a good psychiatrist.
Take the drugs to help you immediately and see the psychiatrist to help you in the long run.
Maybe try meditation and aroma therapy.
Hopefully, you are working on correcting your problems.
Why worry about them?
They will still be there tomorrow, but if you keep stressing about it, you may not be.
Best of luck

You need therapy - most ppl can't just "get over" their issues that are this extended.
Whether you are Christian or not, when I decided divorce was my only option I started going back to church and found a lot of answers there, all in my own company. Just an idea. I know how i felt about wanting to become a better person and church is one aspect that has helped me immensely.

Honey the reason that you're asking is that you want to change which is great. When we listen to others people's problems it makes our burdens seem lighter. Most people have experienced what you are going through and can sometimes give great advice the same as you can give them advice on what you've experienced. The word is sharing.

Start exercising ti will increase the level of endorphins in your body and it will cure you of all that.
During times of emotional stress, endorphins are released in the limbic system of the brain and produce a euphoria that lessens anxiety and melancholy.
