I mean , if person was normally see the world and dreams too. But due to injury in head if he/she became blind , then can see the dreams?

yes, if you were not born blind, and had been a seeing person, then had an accident that left you blind you would still dream in color. I went blind a few years ago due to a medical condition, and could see nothing. I was still able to dream in color, and see all the things I loved so dearly. Through several miracles and medicine, my sight has been restored. But I will never forget not seeing and waiting for the dreams so I could "see" again.

Dreams are, in actuality, memories distorted by subconsciousness. As long as a person has memories, that person will dream. These dreams don't have to be visual, they can work with all the other senses.

In fact it is theorized that people who don't dream over an extended period of time, tend to lose their mind.

yes a person would still be able to have dreams 4 the reason that dreams are from your brain and senses not from the eyes you do move your eye balls when u dream but its part from your reaction so really you could be blind but you could still have dreams.
