Sometimes when I go to bed I will start into a sleep but after a while my legs seem like they are crawling. They feel like they are cold but they are not really cold to my touch. this doesn't happen all the time but when it does happen I may go without any solid sleep for several days and it just makes things miserable. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Your body is tired, however, your brain refuses to shut down. Try, when you find yourself lost in thought about your legs, or anything else, having it burst like a bubble...POP...the instant you think of it..pop....it might aid you in clearing your mind. Another, but more disruptive way, would be two fingers of burbon right before bed.

Hi Wayne .
Put an old fashion bar of soap in a face cloth , on the feet end of your bed.under the blankets I did 15 years ago, and from then on I sleep good every night, only when I have to pee I get up. Art

There is such a thing as being too tired to sleep.
