AT&T has a site at www.anywho.com that is a people locator. Verizon has theirs at www.verizon.com. You need a correctly spelled name and at least the state they're in ... their city narrows the search, but if they have a valid land line phone, both sites will give you a person's address. Both sites offer Reverse look-up too. That gets you the name and address if all you know is the land line phone number, but you do have to know the land line phone number for that service. Neither site gives out cell phone numbers. Both sites are free.
