I know that the makeup that makes you look best depends on what your features look like.

Skin- Olive
Eyes- Greyish green, heavy eyelids, thick eyelashes
Lips- Full, not wide
Hair- Brown with blonde highlights

Based on this, what makeup should I wear?

I mean what color makeup, not what brand.

green eyes - red, deep pink, green, and teal eyeshadows can really make your eyes look more green and pretty.

full lips - just a nude glossy lip for a casual thing, deep red if you're trying to look fancy.

I would say focus on one feature. It seems you have beautiful eyes, so highlight those. Wear a tinted moisturizer if you only need light coverage, or a liquid foundation that matches your skin color if you need heavier coverage depending on your skin type and the weather (in winter, skin tends to be drier to use moisturizer before applying your liquid foundation and a primer, then dust with a light powder for a finished look)
With eyes, use an eyeliner brush (pencils can appear harsh sometimes) and dip it in dark brown eyeshadow. Line your upper and lower lashes with the eyeshadow on the brush to create a smudged eye pencil look. Brown shadow will make green eyes POP. Apply some of the brown to the outside creases of the eye to create a shadowy look for nighttime, with a dab of white on the inner corners of your eyes. Do not wear green eyeshadow with green eyes. Also, to dress it up feel free to coat the remaining lid with gold eyeshadow, and just keep the brown for the outside corners of your eyelid. This will pick up any gold flecks you have in your eyes. Also, curl eyelashes with an eyelash curler and apply two coats of mascara by placing the mascara brush at the base and using a zigzag motion to the tips. This will apply more mascara and prevent common clumping.
I also have very full lips. When I play up my eyes, I look to put some clear gloss on my lips. This enhances their shape and plumpness, without making you look too made up.
Hope this helps! BTW: brand names, I've found through experience, aren't a big deal. Just make sure that you test your foundation through your own rigorous conditions. If you have oily skin, make sure the one you choose stays on even when you're slick and absorbs the oil. I personally use Clinique because I have fair and sensitive skin, and this does not cause breakouts.

Do you have reddish brown tones in your hair? If so, I would go with a earth tone green for a shadow, Bare Eccentuals is a good choice for a brand of make up. Depending on what look you want, natural or more made up, also what your age is makes a big difference on colors and brand. You may be able to wear a nice slate grey color on your eyes, a sheerer mauve on your lips.A soft muave blush, nothing too bright or purple.Play with pale greens and greys, maybe some mauves for your eyes, but, keep it light and sheer so you don't over power your natural beauty. You may want to try some subdued golds in you eyeshadows, also some mauvey pinks in your lips and cheeks, keep it sheer.

Green eye shadow will work beautifully to bring out the colors in youre eyes, paired with a bit of brown shadow as a smoky liner will exentuate youre hair and a peachy lip gloss to show the beauty of youre skin tone. This method works because it brings out all youre pretty features.

You should make your hair red. I bet it will look amazing w/ your skin tone and eyes. Go dark on the eyes like black and a nude lip color.
