My law would be... that anyone receiving an income by any means above $100,000 / year, must contribute 20% of that income to registered/legitimate charities & another 20% directly to those who barely live on $1500 or less / mth.
Lets even out the Haves from the Have Nots & we might see less crime, prostitution, homelessness, etc.

I would pass a law that if someone breaks and enters into to one's home, they forfeit their right to sue the owner for damages inflicted on themselves by the owner's self defence, property protection, and/or negligence.

1st law is punish those who hurt their girlfriends or boyfriends
2nd ll be give more value to friendship and not only photos in the wall, as if they do not exist.
3 rd law is to protect nature and its precious animals.
