They do it one step at a time just like everyone else. Lol, but seriously its like walking on a bed of nails, and sorta like walking on hot coals, as long as you even out the pressure on your feet over as wide an area as possible you can't get hurt or punctured. if you have a bed of nails you can put a balloon on top of it and it wont break, if you have one nail and put a balloon on it it will break, same idea.

Glass walking is amazing! Breaks through illusions - It doesn't hurt, you just do it carefully...like only commit to the next step when you are comfortable with it. It is not a trick...and you don't have to slow your pulse or anything, but i wouldn't recommend doing it unless you have been taught how to. It feels great when the glass breaks and crunches under your feet, and you feel no pain, no cuts. It's much harder to watch than it is to do.

Anybody can walk on glass. Lots of people do it, and yes, it is really glass. You just need a lot of practice and know how to do it without getting cut. It's not something I would want to try.

Yes it's really glass just like it's really burning hot coals they can walk on too.
It's all about where you put your mind and how you distribute your bodies weight. I can't walk across a floor completely covered in shattered glass, but I can step on a piece of glass and it not impale my bare foot.
It's kind of a psychological thing, too. It's just how you distribute your weight, you feel light so you are and... I don't know how to explain it but it's a body and mind thing.

Broken glass, They position their feet while walking and they step lightly. This lack of force when the step is made helps spread the weight and does not allow the shards to penetrate (much).

Very carefully and yes it is really glass but there is a trick to walking on it.
Don't try this unless you know how they do this without cutting their feet.

there's no secret to it. simply break a few jars on your kitchen floor. walk right thru it. stomp around if you wish. it doesn't cut or hurt you!
the reason is probably that people are smarter than glass, and what it doesn't know can't hurt you.

they learn to spread there body weight over the entire surface of the bottom of their foot. this way there is not enough pressure at any point on the foot to cause the glass to cut it.

The glass has fiber material glued in-between 2 slices of glass so the glass is held together and does not crack.
