It is called a boob job or lucky genetics. A healthy dose of silicone or saline helps most celebs defy gravity, though. You can also use tape under your breasts like the underwires in a bra. Try wide medical tape. Some is double sided so you can stick your clothes to it to keep your top in place. We use it all the time in photo shoots.

The kind of bras that are like adhesives and form to your own breasts. I've seen commercials for them on TV
Also yah they tape their dress or w/e to their boobs for an extreme plunging neckline.
No it does NOT mean they have fake boobs.

There is a product that looks like two separate U shaped pieces of sticky, flesh colored paper that is supposed to hold your girls up and allow you to appear au-naturel at the same time. Some stylists admit using packing tape under the bust also helps with support.

either they are wearing strapless bra, they also have push up sylicone strapless bra, they can be wearing no bra and use tape to give more cleavage, or it's just that they might of had a boob job done.
