Thailand without a doubt,
Hit Koh Samui, Coral Island beach and Pattaya,
Also Bangkok for shopping and Silom Road.
You will have a ball.
Don't book a hotel just flight only as Its cheaper to do it over there.
The night life is fab and there is so much to do-
And it's so cheap over there.
I urge you to go, it's a wonderful experience

Monastir, Tunisia or Miami, FL. I've been to both and they will definitely make you happy, but I'm not sure you can find anywhere all-inclusive in Miami. But the dollar is horrible right now, and you can get almost 2 dollars to the pound, so it might be worth it. The clubs in South Beach and Ft Lauderdale are fantastic, the weather is always nice (unless it hurricane season then? It might be over by then but check to be sure), and the shopping is awesome.
Tunisia is definitely cheaper, but there is not as much to do during the day if you get tired of lazing around the beach or pool. The clubs are good and the food is great, though, and the weather is perfect in September... hot but with a nice cool breeze off the Mediterranean.

just remember that september is the worst month for hurricanes in florida and the caribbean it is also the wet season in parts of thailand. However if you want to take the risk (bearing in mind there were about 5 hurricanes in florida/carib in september alone 1 year!) cancun is fantastic for nightlife and tropical beaches Jamaica is fab and theres loads of all inclusives reasonably priced. Koh Samuii in thailand is great but not many all inclusives all though its so cheap it doesnt matter. If you go in winter goa is good n cheap BUT if you dont mind the very long flight and can afford it how about AUSTRALIA Northern Queensland weather is good you cant get any more tropical than the barrier reef and its reasonably cheap loads of nightlife etc not much in the way of all inclusives but so what you will have the time of your life! IF not the most popular places next year for clubbing holidays in europe are malia in crete, laganas in zante and ibiza (obviously) plus magalluf in Majorca, kardemena in kos, ayia napa in cyprus etc etc

Well I would say the Divi in St Croix would have all three things. There is a bar over in the casino, and it is pretty lively. If you wanted to be more downtown, then Bucaneer is just out of Christiansted. Carambola is third, but it is a little far out. More of a family place. If you wanted a little less cost, then Hotel on the Cay is good .
Good luck

Come to Miami, Florida, and stay on South Beach. All the clubs, sand, swimming you can ask for! And always a party on South Beach.
