I felt okay about it because I was only saying what the girl wanted to hear. I have said it a thousand times since because it seemed to be the right thing to say as it made them happy. I do not know if I actually ever loved them. I have had relationships with many beautiful women but no unattractive ones. I think how you should feel is not the first time you say I Love You but the first time you say it and really mean it. I said that to my wife and it felt wonderful because I knew I was sincere.

What the first time I ever said it to the first person I ever said it to?
I felt nervous cos I'd never said it before, but then I comforted myself with the fact that I said it to him while he was sleeping, but then I felt sick cos his eyes flew open cos he wasn't really sleeping but was ecstatic I felt that way about him. Then happy cos he wouldn't stop hugging and kissing me.

i was actually as high as a kite and felt 100% happy (could have been the e) and I meant it and was not nervous at all he said it back too! ah those were the days...
