Is there a wire that I can connect to my Computer and also connect to my TV?
Like a USB to A/V?

you need a video card with tv out -- the video card needs to format the ouput to tv format. TV out cards generally have two options simple cable wire or s-video to the tv. Video cards with tv out aren't all that expensive but video cards with the tv tuner built in are. I have a monitor with a tv tuner built in so I can do both -- even at the same time with pic in pic.

yes, but dont get ripped off. There are very small simple plugs u can buy instead of some bid editing cards. Dont spend over 75.00max.

yes but it is not a usb. make sure that you can plug a CPU in to your TV. thats all i can explain over the chat
