your breast being tender... there can be a lot of reasons why your breasts are tender.
discharging and itching... you may have an std or you may just have a vaginal infection. a vaginal infection is a not an std but because of an unbalanced ph in your vagina.
I would definitely go to the doctors, if you don't have insurance there always is planned parenthood and let them know your symptoms, they will give you a pregnancy test and definitely have an ob check you out. So don't delay and go get checked up.
if you have a negative result remember to stop having sex until everything clears and have your partner tested so it's not passed back and forth. Because if you get treated and you partner doesn't what's the point?

you have a overie infection but leave this to your dr also you wear your jeans to tight and you have a yeast infection clean it up girl stinky
