I have somewhat thick calves and I'de really like to slim them out what are some ways to make it possible. Foods, exercises, whatever?????

NOTHING YOU CAN DO I HAVE HAD THEM ALL OF MY LIFE I WAS A CHEERLEADER AND A GYMNAST SO I HAVE MADE THEM THAT WAY ILL BET YOU HAVE BEEN ACTIVE WITH YOUR LEGGS TOO SORRY WE EARNED THEM!!!!!!!!!!

If you are muscular, be sure to stretch all the muscles in your calves well. If you have some fat on your calves, you will have to slim down all over to reduce the fat on your calves (you cannot selectively burn fat). Exercising will also build muscle and improve tone.

If u got thick calves then try to walk on ur toes a lot!!/....tust me im a dancer and i know..

Soon all that fat..in ur legs will trim down and will turn into muscles..
It looks really sexy trust me!!!

I'm an artist who appreciates the beauty in people without feeling any kind of attraction (not that that's bad – it's just not my experience.) And, I think women with big thighs are very beautiful... especially if they appreciate it themselves. How about trying to see the beauty in your qualities?

Its normal! You are probably just athletic. If you were to exercise them they would only get bigger because of the muscles you'd gain.
